Project Scope

E.S. Wagner delivered a comprehensive site development package, including mass earthwork, more than two million square feet of the future facility building pad, a robust stormwater management system, sanitary infrastructure, including a 10-foot-diameter lift station constructed within a 33-foot-deep excavation, and potable and non-potable water distribution across the site. Faced with challenging soil conditions, a late season start, and critical pad delivery milestones, ESW developed a value engineering proposal that modified building pad sections while providing a stabilized surface that allowed for ongoing wintertime vertical construction. In separate contracts for the local municipality, E.S. Wagner also completed transportation, underground utility, and storm drainage infrastructure enhancements necessary for facility function and operation.
