OHIO CAT EQUIPMENT AND PARTS FACILITY — ENTRANCE DRIVE AND SITEWORK

Project Scope

E.S. Wagner Company (ESW) completed the site development package for the Ohio Cat Equipment and Parts Facility in Perrysburg, Ohio. To address limited site access, ESW first constructed a 250-linear-foot three-sided box culvert, creating a reliable entrance for construction activities. ESW self-performed approximately 90,000 cubic yards of earthwork across the 39-acre site and built three detention ponds to support stormwater management. The project also included installation of 1,200 linear feet of waterline, 2,700 linear feet of sanitary sewer, and nearly 12,000 linear feet of storm sewer ranging from 4 to 30 inches in diameter, along with 63 associated structures and two casing bores for the waterline connection. Throughout construction, ESW collaborated closely with the general contractor to resolve several scope gaps and project challenges. These efforts enabled the team to deliver the site development work on a schedule that met the owner’s requirements.
