On December 16, 2015, E.S. Wagner Company was read low on the Northwood Flow Equalization Improvements. This project, located in Northwood between Curtice Road and Williston Road, east of I-280, is intended to provide over 2 million gallons of storage for untreated wastewater that may otherwise overflow into local streams and rivers. The work included multiple cast-in-place structures 35-40 feet below grade, excavation and backfill for the 2.2 million gallon pre-stressed, pre-cast equalization basin and all required site work. This is the Company’s first major water/wastewater infrastructure project in over 5 years. E.S. Wagner was read low for this project in Mid-December and we anticipate beginning site work in early May.
