Project Scope
E.S. Wagner Co. completed site development for a Menards distribution center in Holiday City, Ohio, 1.4 million cubic yards of earthwork, grading, and drainage infrastructure. Building pad stabilization was achieved with 300,000 tons of aggregate base, while a comprehensive drainage system was constructed, consisting of storm sewer and 155 drainage structures. Despite significant challenges, including multiple owner-directed design changes affecting drainage sequencing and grading, E.S. Wagner successfully adapted and delivered the project to the complete satisfaction of Menards, Inc., meeting performance and quality expectations.
