Qualified candidates will have an extensive background in all facets of transportation or large site-preparation projects. Candidates must be adept at managing entire projects or large portions of projects with multiple operations and equipment spreads. Expertise in a range of type of work, materials, and earthmoving methods a must. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, plus an ability to confront and adjust to challenging circumstances. Candidates must also possess excellent team skills with the ability to motivate others while achieving high production and adhering to safe construction practices. Travel required.

| Project Manager/Estimator- E.S. Wagner Company |

Description: E.S. Wagner Company has an opportunity for an experienced heavy highway project manager/estimator. This position will contribute to the success of the organization through participation in estimating activities and acting as a project manager for on-going projects. Qualified candidates will have direct experience in field management and estimating from a contractor's perspective. Strong technical expertise, teamwork, communication, self-motivation, leadership and organizational skills required. B.S. in Civil Engineering or equivalent degree plus 5-8 years of heavy civil/DOT project experience also required. P.E. certification preferred.
